Features :
- Foil Paste is used for printing foils on fabrics with very good adhesion.
- It is specially designed for soft feeling for both manual and automatic printing machine.
- It has a very good washing fastness.
- Foiling can be done at the same time or anytime later after printing Foil paste.
Method of Printing
- Print the material directly by using 100-120 mesh screen on the fabrics.(fixer 2%)
- Foil Paste can be tinted with pigments to match embellishment colour.
- Apply Foil on above printed design and with required pressure give heat at 150 to 160 degree.
- Allow the print to cool and remove the foil paper from the print to get desired result.
Storage & shelf life
- Do not store under direct sunlight or a temperature exceeding 35 degree.
- Always keep the lid closer after the material is used from container.
- Shelf life of the product is 6-8 months if stored under ideal condition.
